Goji Berry Blast Smoothie

Serves 1

Super fruit for a super you!

Super fruit for a super you!

1 medium banana
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup ground goji berries, (grind dry berries in a clean coffee grinder)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup hemp seeds

Place above ingredients and process on high for a few minutes. It will start out a bit slushy, keep going until it is smooth. Pour and enjoy. Then sit back as your cells go to work building a better you!

Goji Berries are high in antioxidants with over 19 amino acids, 21 trace minerals, more beta carotene than carrots, 500 times more vitamin C than oranges, and vitamins B1, B6, and E!

Coconut Water has a natural electrolyte balance, and is low in fat, and calories.

Hemp Seeds have 33% pure digestible protein, they are rich in iron, vitamin E as well as omega-3 and GLA.
