Meet Wild Thyme’s Fitness Contributor Arielle Dykes
Wild Thyme in the Kitchen is expanding with the addition of a fitness contributor. By combining Arielle’s fitness knowledge with Moria’s experience with nutrition & food we will be creating nutrient rich pre-work out fuel, during work out snacks & beverages, as well as post work out recovery recipes. Athletes put a great deal of stress on their bodies & generally have a high level of inflammation & oxidative stess as a result. We will help you learn how to have maximum endurance while counteracting oxidative stress & inflammation. There is plenty of engineered sports drinks, supplements & snacks which are commonly not “whole foods” Wild Thyme is passionate about finding ways to nourish & flourish with “whole foods” & “superfoods” which our bodies will recognize as fuel on a cellular level.
